CD Duplication And Packaging
If you’re trying to release your own CD, you may have considered producing it on your own. After all, with a personal computer, graphics program, and CD burner, you can do just about anything the pros can do, right? Perhaps not. You can easily make a few CDs that you can distribute to your friends and family, but your end goals are probably much higher. If you are performing at a venue and hope to make some significant sales, individually duplicating a few hundred CDs and packaging them can be a time-consuming process.

A little word of mouth, a little guerrilla marketing, and you’ve got the recipe for a successful sales event. But will you be prepared? Will you have enough copies of your CD for everyone who wants or needs one? Although it might feel rewarding to hand out the last of your demo CDs, what happens when just one more person walks up to you and asks to buy a copy?
DVD
Many stores now sell DVD in a variety of forms. You can, for example, buy a small box of blank DVDs in jewel cases. Alternatively, you can also buy spindles of blank DVD media at more affordable prices.

New computer programs have made it easy for garage bands to develop their own CDs. Basic recording programs are included on most computers sold today, letting you create digital files of the music that you’re playing. There are also sound editing and production programs, making it a breeze for you to layer tracks and cut different segments to produce a better sound.
